Jim Barnard was surprised to receive this special award presented
to him by Coffeyville, Ks. Mayor, Bob York at the O-K Car Club Car Show during the Dalton Days-Brown Mansion Show, Oct. 7,
2006 !
This award was paid for by all of the car show participants
to show their appreciation for all the hard work and dedication that Jim Barnard shows for this hobby.
His daughter, Cheryl Gillman, is presenting a beautiful
flower arrangement, from Jan-L Flowers, for his wife, Peggy, who couldn't be there that day.
Jim Barnard and Jim Givens started this club in 2003. They
had one Car Show at Bordertown in South Coffeyville, Ok. in 2002 before the O-K Car Club was formed and then the O-K Car Club
had its' first Car Show at Bordertown in 2003!
