On June 30, 2006, the "Great Race" from Philadelphia,
Pa. to San Rafael, CA. from June 24th to July 8th, stopped in Fredonia, Ks. for a "Pit Stop" and were
refreshed with food and drinks.
The O-K Car Club participated in this event as "Pit Crews". Philip&
Carolyn Johnson, Independence, Ks.,a club member, sponsored 8 parking spots.
I, Connie Privitt, as Secretary of the O-K Car Club, took about 200 pictures
of this event. I will attempt to put these pictures up a little at a time.
